Donald Trump Jr. has completed a financial transaction to buy out his ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle's share of their jointly owned waterfront mansion in Jupiter, Florida. The property, located in the gated Admiral’s Cove community, was originally purchased by the couple for $9.7 million in 2021. The buyout, confirmed by a Palm Beach County deed filed on August 3, 2026, marks the end of their property ties. The mansion, which spans 11,270 square feet, features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and underwent a major renovation before the couple moved in. This transaction follows Trump Jr.'s recent marriage to Bettina Anderson and his plans to build a new family home near Mar-a-Lago.
