Epic Group's Trimetro Campus Sets New Benchmark for Sustainable Manufacturing in India
Epic Group has inaugurated the Trimetro Manufacturing Campus in Odisha, India, marking a significant step in sustainable manufacturing. The facility, which is India's first fully net-zero carbon and net-zero water garment manufacturing site, represents a $100 million investment. It aims to produce 20 million garments annually while adhering to high sustainability standards. The campus utilizes renewable energy sources and advanced water conservation technologies to minimize its environmental impact. Additionally, it is expected to create 10,000 jobs, with a focus on employing women, thereby contributing to socio-economic development in the region.
