Redfin's analysis of ZIP codes in the 100 most populous metro areas, based on listing views and the Redfin Compete Score, highlights the most sought-after neighborhoods. The Midwest has emerged as a particularly popular region, capturing six of the top ten spots on the list. This trend reflects a post-pandemic desire for space and affordability without sacrificing proximity to urban amenities.
