Naven Health, Inc. Seeks Certificate of Need for Home Care Services Expansion in Tennessee
Naven Health, Inc., a proposed home care organization, has announced its intention to apply for a Certificate of Need (CON) to establish a home care organization focused on home infusion services in Tennessee. The application, which is set to be filed on May 1, 2026, aims to serve a wide area encompassing 95 counties across the state, including major regions such as Knox, Davidson, and Shelby counties. The project is estimated to cost $142,733 and will be located at 9041 Executive Park Dr., Suite 250, Room 6, Knoxville, Tennessee. The Health Facilities Commission will oversee the application process, and any opposition to the application must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the commission's scheduled meeting. The project is managed by Naven Health, Inc. itself, with Jeffrey Stofko from Ascendient Healthcare Advisors Inc. as the contact person.
