Ontario County Sheriff's Office Seeks Public Help in Locating Missing Geneva Man
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office is seeking public assistance in locating Emmanuel Richelieu, a 37-year-old man from Geneva, New York, who is believed to be in danger. Richelieu, also known as 'Zo,' was last seen on April 15 at the Americas Best Value Inn in Geneva. He is described as having brown eyes, black dreadlocks, and a black goatee, standing approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing around 195 pounds. The sheriff's office has expressed concerns for his safety based on information gathered during the investigation. They are urging anyone with information about Richelieu's whereabouts to contact them via phone or through their app and website.
