Russian Expert Highlights Vietnam's Role in Eurasian Security Architecture Amidst Shifting Global Dynamics
Evgeny Vlasov, Vice President of Far Eastern Federal University, has emphasized Vietnam's crucial role in shaping a stable regional security architecture across Eurasia. This assessment comes amidst significant shifts in the international situation and ahead of a state visit to Russia by the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam. Vlasov noted that Russian officials and the public increasingly recognize Vietnam's achievements in strengthening its position in regional forums across Eurasia and the Asia-Pacific. He expressed confidence that Vietnam and Russia are actively building complementary relations in human resources development, joint technological development, and large-scale cultural projects, which he believes will form a foundation for regional stability.
