Las Vegas Home Prices Decline Slightly Amid Steady Mortgage Rates
In July 2026, Las Vegas experienced a slight decline in home prices from their previous record highs, according to a report by Las Vegas Realtors. The median price for single-family homes was $480,000, a 1% decrease from July 2025 and a 2% drop from the all-time high in May and June. Despite this decline, demand for homes remains strong, driven by steady mortgage rates. The inventory of homes for sale increased by 4.1% compared to the previous year, with 7,442 single-family homes listed without offers. Sales of existing homes, condos, and townhomes totaled 2,587 in July, showing a slight increase for homes but a decrease for condos and townhomes compared to the previous year.
