City of Aspen Transitions Car To Go Program to Zipcar, Enhancing Mobility Options
The city of Aspen is transitioning its long-standing Car To Go program to Zipcar, effective May 4. This change introduces seven all-wheel-drive vehicles available at existing locations for residents, businesses, and visitors. The Zipcar membership offers a comprehensive package that includes gas, insurance options, parking, maintenance, roadside service, and a daily mileage allowance of 200 miles. To mark the launch, an event will be held at Paepcke Park on May 5 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., where attendees can view the vehicles, sign up for membership, and make their first reservations.
