HX Expeditions has introduced the 1896 Cabin on its hybrid-battery powered expedition ship, MS Fridtjof Nansen. This cabin is a faithful replica of the original rooms from the company's voyages 130 years ago. The immersive experience aims to provide guests with a sense of life at sea during the 19th century. According to HX Expeditions CEO Gebhard Rainer, the cabin honors the company's origins and exceeds initial expectations. The design blends historical authenticity with modern practicality, offering a unique overnight experience for guests.
