University of Phoenix Associate Dean to Address AI Workforce Readiness at AZ Water Conference
Dr. Jacquelyn Kelly, an associate dean at the University of Phoenix, is set to co-present at the 99th Annual AZ Water Conference and Exhibition. The event, taking place from April 28-30 at the Phoenix Convention Center, will feature a session titled 'Empowering the Water Workforce for the AI Era: Literacy, Ethics, and Practical Integration.' This session aims to shift the perception of artificial intelligence from a mere technological initiative to a broader workforce and organizational readiness challenge. Dr. Kelly will focus on building a shared understanding of AI, enhancing workforce literacy, and establishing ethical guidelines for responsible AI use in water and wastewater operations. The conference is Arizona's largest gathering for water professionals, offering technical education and professional development opportunities.
