Einar Méndez, an internationally recognized bodybuilder and celebrity trainer, passed away in Mexico City following a sudden heart attack during a workout. His wife, Yan, announced his death on Monday, stating that he died on Friday. Méndez, a father of three, was known for his extensive career in bodybuilding, having achieved national and international champion status. His clientele included prominent figures such as Mexico-based Nicaraguan TV host Martha Debayle. Debayle confirmed that Méndez collapsed at the gym, though an official cause of death has not been publicly disclosed. Méndez had nearly 47,000 followers on social media and was remembered by his wife as strong, resilient, and kind. He was planning his first visit to New York and had future plans involving a trip to the U.S. to see the Miami Dolphins.
