Viral TikTok Trend Leads to Five Arrests and Seven Juvenile Contacts for Criminal Trespass in Gwinnett County
Five adults have been arrested and seven juveniles contacted by police in Gwinnett County, Georgia, following multiple incidents of criminal trespass at an unoccupied home in Suwanee. The property, located in the 3900 block of Westbrook Road, became the target of these illegal entries due to a viral TikTok trend that falsely portrayed it as an abandoned location suitable for exploration. The Gwinnett County Police Department reported that those involved learned about the house through social media videos. Surveillance footage was instrumental in identifying individuals who climbed over fences and gates to enter the private residence and take photos. The arrested adults, identified as Vance Smith, Jackson White, Alexa Cruz, Arthur Silva, and Nathan Nelson, face charges including criminal trespass, loitering and prowling, and giving a false name or date of birth.
