Severe Storms Expected in Texas on Tuesday Evening
According to CBS News, Tuesday has been designated as a First Alert Weather Day in Texas due to the potential for strong to severe storms. A dryline is setting up, and a front is moving in from the north, which will influence the timing of these storms. While most of the daylight hours on Tuesday are expected to remain dry, there is a possibility that the front could arrive later, delaying the onset of storms until as late as 9 PM. The storm activity may continue into Wednesday morning and possibly into the afternoon, particularly affecting the southeastern counties as the front lingers south of the Metroplex. The primary threats from these storms include strong winds and hail.
