Pretty With Purpose, Inc. (PWP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women, is actively seeking a Volunteer HR Director. This remote, part-time leadership position requires approximately 10 or more hours per week. The selected individual will be responsible for leading the organization's human resources function, providing strategic HR guidance to leadership, and developing and improving HR processes, procedures, and systems. Key responsibilities include partnering with executive and leadership team members on workforce and organizational matters, establishing consistent HR practices, and supporting organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
