Armenian Apricot Exports to France Raise Concerns Over Trade Volumes
The Armenian government has announced the export of apricots to France, with sales beginning in five stores in Paris and its suburbs. However, questions have been raised about the actual volume of these exports compared to previous sales in Russia. The Rosselkhoznadzor, Russia's agricultural oversight agency, has imposed restrictions on various Armenian products, including apricots, due to alleged violations. This has prompted Armenia to seek new markets in Europe, although the scale of these exports remains limited.
