Scattered Thunderstorms Expected in Seattle and Western Washington This Weekend

This system is expected to bring scattered thunderstorms starting late Friday night, August 21, 2026, and continuing into Saturday morning. The storms will likely begin along the southwestern Washington coast around midnight and gradually spread northward to the Olympic Peninsula, Kitsap Peninsula, and the Seattle/Puget Sound region by dawn.
