US Drivers Seek Cheaper Gas on Native American Lands Amid Rising Fuel Prices
As fuel prices continue to rise across the United States, drivers are increasingly turning to Native American lands for cheaper gas options. Tribally-owned petrol stations in states such as California, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, and Washington are offering some of the lowest gas prices in the country. These stations benefit from exemptions from state fuel taxes, allowing them to sell gas at significantly lower prices compared to nearby competitors. This trend is particularly noticeable in busy travel corridors where drivers are seeking cost-effective alternatives.
