American Idea Foundation and Digital Asset Launch RISE Pilot to Modernize State Benefit Distribution
The American Idea Foundation (AIF) and Digital Asset have partnered to launch the state RISE (Resources for Independence, Stability, and Employment) Pilot Benefit Distribution programs. This initiative aims to modernize the administration and delivery of state-run benefits using Canton, a blockchain-based technology created by Digital Asset. The pilot program, with an initial rollout planned for Q1 2027 across three states, seeks to consolidate and manage state-administered benefits more efficiently.
