UAE and Serbia Strengthen Agricultural Partnership to Enhance Food Security
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Serbia are expanding their cooperation in food security, agriculture, and sustainable development. This development follows an official visit to Belgrade by UAE Climate Change and Environment Minister Dr. Amna Al Dahak. During the visit, Dr. Al Dahak met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić to discuss strengthening cooperation under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the two nations. The discussions focused on building resilient food supply systems, expanding agricultural investments, and increasing collaboration in areas such as livestock production, water management, and climate-smart farming technologies. The UAE delegation included senior government officials and representatives from major Emirati food and agriculture companies like Silal, Elite Agro Holding, and Agthia Group.
