Six Arrested in $500K Retail Theft Ring Spanning Multiple States
Six individuals have been apprehended in connection with an organized retail theft ring that allegedly stole over $500,000 worth of merchandise from businesses across the D.C. region and several states, including Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The suspects, identified as Daryl Michael Jackson, Cyan Rocke, Marco Morgan, Tia Courtney, Chyna Parker, and Quasaan Parker, are believed to have targeted more than 100 businesses, with some being hit multiple times. The investigation, which began in February 2025, expanded across multiple jurisdictions after the creation of the Organized Retail Theft Task Force in February 2026. Law enforcement agencies executed six search warrants in Maryland and Washington, D.C., recovering approximately $20,000 worth of suspected stolen merchandise. The stolen goods were reportedly sold through social media and private sales.
