Elijah Blue Allman, son of the iconic singer Cher, is set to enter a residential treatment facility following a series of legal troubles and arrests. According to court documents, Allman is currently detained in a New Hampshire psychiatric hospital, awaiting a hearing on charges including burglary and breach of bail. His legal team is contesting efforts by his estranged wife, Marieangela King, to claim part of his inheritance from his late father, Gregg Allman, as part of their divorce proceedings. Additionally, Cher has filed a petition to appoint a temporary conservator for her son, a move that Elijah is opposing. His brother, Devon Allman, has expressed concerns about Elijah's mental and physical health, describing him as a danger to himself.
