Minneapolis Scooter Takeover Raises Safety Concerns
Hundreds of teenagers and young adults participated in a 'scooter takeover' in downtown Minneapolis, riding electric scooters and e-bikes through streets and even onto Interstate 35W. This event, which took place late Saturday night, has raised significant safety concerns among city officials and residents. The large group of riders disrupted traffic and posed potential hazards to both participants and other road users.
