Trump's nominee for U.S. attorney general, Todd Blanche, is facing opposition in the Senate, with some Republican senators seeking confirmation that the fund is indeed defunct. The appeal was filed in the U.S. District Court in Miami, and Trump, along with his family and the Trump Organization, is challenging the judge's decision.
