Artist Michelangelo Pistoletto Promotes 'Preventive Peace' Through Global Digital Art Project
Italian artist Michelangelo Pistoletto has launched a new public art project titled 'Three Mirrors,' which is being displayed on digital billboards in nine cities worldwide. This initiative, organized by the UK-based digital art platform Circa, aims to convey a message of 'preventive peace' amidst current global tensions. The project began on April 1 and will continue until June 30, featuring daily displays at 20:26 local time in cities such as London, Los Angeles, Accra, and Seoul. In Italy, the project will be showcased in Milan and Rome starting April 24. Pistoletto's works, which are part of his artistic philosophy known as The Third Paradise, involve three large mirror sheets reflecting movements that symbolize the connection and creation of new elements from opposing forces.
