Pasadena Tournament of Roses Foundation Awards Over $200,000 in Grants to Local Nonprofits
The Pasadena Tournament of Roses Foundation has announced the distribution of over $200,000 in grants to 18 community organizations in the greater Pasadena area as part of its 2026 grant cycle. The grants are aimed at supporting nonprofits involved in education, sports and recreation, and visual and performing arts. Notable recipients include the San Gabriel Educational Foundation, which received $35,000 to support the San Gabriel Unified School District’s Library Modernization and Literacy Equity Initiative, and the Monrovia Wildcat Band Boosters, awarded $20,000 to support music and performing arts education at Monrovia High School. The funding was made possible through the Foundation’s fundraising efforts, including the Golf Classic presented by J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., which raised over $140,000.
