HHS Awards $383.4 Million in Grants to Enhance Behavioral Health and Rural Healthcare
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has allocated $383.4 million in grants aimed at bolstering behavioral health treatment, prevention, and crisis response across the United States. A significant portion of this funding, $252 million, is specifically designated to support the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, suicide prevention initiatives, and mobile crisis services.
