Former Sderot Police Officer Transitions to Security Chief Role in Shaar HaNegev
Bar Manshouri, a former officer in the Israel Police, has taken on a new role as the head of the security department for the Shaar HaNegev Regional Council. Manshouri, who previously fought in the battle for the Sderot police station against Hamas terrorists, carries both physical and emotional scars from the conflict. Despite her injuries, she has transitioned from her police career to focus on building a security system to protect her community. Her new role involves establishing a regional security system that includes municipal policing, an emergency operations center, and broader preparedness planning.
