Collective Futures Fund Announces $110,000 in Grants for Boston-Area Visual Artists and Projects
The Collective Futures Fund (CFF) has announced twenty grant recipients for its 2026 cycle, allocating a total of $110,000 to visual artists and artist-run activities in the Greater Boston area. These grants are designed to support collaborative, public-oriented projects with an emphasis on experimentation, risk-taking, and unconventional perspectives. The funding builds upon expansions made in 2024 and 2025, with additional financial support for existing tiers and a new tier planned for 2027. This expansion is a result of a coalition funding model involving the Barr Foundation, Wagner Foundation, the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, and an anonymous donor.
