The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is actively recruiting a Residential Program Specialist for the Rochester Children's Psychiatric Center, located in Webster, NY. This position involves supervising and providing services to individuals with mental illness residing in a State Operated Community Residence (SOCR). The specialist will assist in the management and administration of the SOCR, which includes providing and monitoring residential program services, advising residents on coping and living skills for recovery, reviewing and coordinating admission and discharge planning, and scheduling resident activities to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
