Thomas Lobianco Indicted on 19 Charges in Fatal Nesconset Crash

Thomas Lobianco has been indicted on 19 charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide, following a fatal crash in Nesconset, Long Island, that killed a construction worker and injured two others. Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney stated that the victims 'never stood a chance.' Authorities found cannabis, clonazepam, and a switchblade in Lobianco's 1999 Toyota.
