Hendersonville Hosts Free Splash Day Amid Patton Pool Closure
The City of Hendersonville organized a free splash day at Sullivan Park to provide relief from the summer heat. This event was held as a temporary measure while Patton Pool, the only public pool in Henderson County, remains closed for the second consecutive summer. The splash day featured a 'Splash Zone' with spraying fire trucks and various water activities, offering a fun and cooling experience for the community. City officials have committed to providing such activities until Patton Pool is operational again.
