Kaiser Permanente Appoints Emily Holliman as President of Mid-Atlantic States Region
Kaiser Permanente has announced the appointment of Emily Holliman as the president of its Mid-Atlantic States region. Holliman, who has been serving as the interim president since June 2025, will now officially lead the region, which includes 750,551 members across 35 medical centers in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Holliman has been instrumental in improving access, quality, and operational performance in the region. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 2023 as the chief operating officer and has worked closely with the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group to enhance the organization's value-based care model.
