University Hospitals and Clasp Introduce Student Loan Repayment Program to Bolster Northeast Ohio Workforce
University Hospitals, in collaboration with Clasp, has launched a Student Loan Repayment Program aimed at new graduate Radiologic professionals and Respiratory Therapists. This initiative is designed to strengthen the clinical workforce in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio by offering up to $20,000 in employer-sponsored student loan repayment. The program targets eligible new graduates and aims to reduce financial barriers to education, attract top talent, and ensure long-term workforce stability. Participants must meet specific employment requirements to qualify for the loan repayment, which is distributed over two years of employment. This program is part of University Hospitals' broader strategy to enhance workforce retention and development.
