Pathfinders and Youth Leaders Take on Expanded Roles at Jamaica's Grand Gala 2026
The Grand Gala 2026 in Jamaica saw an expanded role for the Pathfinder Ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Traditionally involved in national events, the Pathfinders were entrusted with planning and leading the Drill and March Display, along with the Drum Display. This involved synchronized drill and marching, percussion, choreography, and lighting effects. Despite a late start in preparations, the team, comprising approximately 200 volunteers, executed their roles with excellence. They also served in other national duties, including the Guard of Honour and First Aid support, showcasing their commitment to service and discipline.
