U.S. General Services Administration Partners with ServiceNow for AI-Driven Government Modernization
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has entered into a OneGov agreement with ServiceNow to advance AI-driven government modernization. This agreement is designed to facilitate the adoption of cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) within the public sector. Under the terms of the agreement, eligible federal customers will benefit from simplified licensing and discounted rates when upgrading to ServiceNow's ITSM Pro and ITSM Pro Plus solutions.
