International Trade Centre (ITC) Focuses on Trade-Led Economic Development and Small Business Support
The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint program of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the World Trade Organization (WTO), is actively pursuing its mandate of 'Transforming trade. Changing lives.' The organization primarily focuses on enabling trade-led economic development, particularly in the Global South, and empowering small businesses to achieve their full potential. ITC provides extensive information and resources on trade for businesses in developing countries. Recently, the ITC collaborated with the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), the ITC SheTrades Initiative, and UPS to equip Ghanaian businesses with essential digital and financial skills.
