Oman and Rwanda Sign Agreements to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation
The Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Rwanda have formalized two agreements and six Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation across various strategic and economic sectors. These agreements, signed at Al Hosn Palace in Salalah, include mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports, as well as provisions to avoid double taxation. The six MoUs establish a framework for collaboration in agriculture, logistics, land and dry port development, supply chain services, investment promotion, and labor. These initiatives are designed to foster strategic partnerships, activate investments, and create new opportunities for economic collaboration between the two nations. The signing reflects a shared commitment to expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest and promoting sustainable economic and investment partnerships.
