Rajant Health Incorporated (RHI), a company focused on building a healthcare assurance ecosystem for proactive and personalized health, is seeking an AI Software Engineer. This remote position involves owning the development of polling technology products, which includes statistical estimation of survey results, creating interactive applications to present these results, and AI-assisted analysis of open-ended responses. Key responsibilities include maintaining and extending pipelines for turning raw survey data into weighted, model-based estimates, constructing population targets, applying survey weighting, and fitting and validating regression models. The role also entails managing client-facing applications for survey results, deploying and operating these applications, and applying large language models to open-ended survey responses, including prompt development and output quality monitoring.
