TwentyTwo Real Estate to Acquire Terhills Resort in Belgium, Expanding Leisure Portfolio
TwentyTwo Real Estate has announced its agreement to acquire Terhills Resort in Belgium from LRM, with the transaction expected to close on May 29, 2026. The 63-hectare resort, operated by Center Parcs, features 250 waterfront cottages and central leisure facilities near Hoge Kempen National Park. Center Parcs will continue to operate the resort for at least the next decade, ensuring continuity for guests. The acquisition is part of TwentyTwo Real Estate's strategy to expand its pan-European presence in leisure and destination hospitality, following its acquisition of Center Parcs Allgäu in Germany.
