Jefferson County Educational Services Acquires Froehlich's Classic Corner for Office Expansion
Jefferson County Educational Services has purchased the former Froehlich's Classic Corner building in Steubenville, Ohio, with plans to transform the property into office spaces and meeting facilities. The acquisition marks the end of Froehlich's Classic Corner's two-decade operation under Greg Froehlich, who bought the building in 2004. Steubenville Mayor Ralph Petrella expressed optimism that this transition could spur further business opportunities in the downtown area, contributing to its revitalization. The mayor highlighted the potential for new businesses, including restaurants, to relocate to the area, enhancing the local economy.
