Telma Ortiz, sister of Queen Letizia, delivered a speech at the Starlite Gala in Marbella, emphasizing humanitarian aid and the reconstruction of Venezuela following recent earthquakes. Representing CAF – Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe, Ortiz highlighted the ongoing challenges and opportunities for Venezuela, urging for solidarity to be transformed into action. The gala, hosted by Sandra García-Sanjuán and Antonio Banderas, gathered various celebrities and aimed to raise awareness and support for global humanitarian efforts.
