Tulsa Police Arrest Alleged 20-Year Serial Car Burglar Keith Overstreet
Tulsa Police have once again arrested Keith Overstreet, who they identify as a serial car burglar operating in the area for over two decades. According to investigators, Overstreet's method involves targeting unlocked vehicles in parks, specifically around 51st and Harvard, including Whiteside Park, Lafortune Park, Langenheim Park, and Manion Park. He typically operates between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. daily. Authorities state that Overstreet uses binoculars to observe potential victims, waiting for them to leave their cars unlocked while distracted. After stealing debit or credit cards, he reportedly uses them at local gas stations within 20 minutes of the theft.
