Santa Fe Area Food Service Establishments Cited for Health Code Violations
Several food service establishments in the Santa Fe area were cited for various health code violations during inspections conducted between August 17 and August 23. Wood Gormley Elementary School was cited for multiple issues, including food residue in the hand sink, missing base coving/tile from the buffet line wall, and unsanitary paper and toilet paper dispensers. The school also had dark grease buildup on refrigerator door handles and equipment, a dirty can-opener blade, and excess dust on ceiling return air vents.
