A judge recently rejected a DIY divorce agreement after 30 years of marriage, underscoring the potential pitfalls of gray divorces conducted without legal representation. Family lawyer Grace Roessler from the Mirick law firm in Massachusetts highlighted the risks associated with DIY divorces for older couples, often referred to as gray divorces.
