Pennsylvania Mom Faces Police Calls for Allowing Children to Play Outside
A mother in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, has had the police called on her four times for allowing her young children to play outside unsupervised. The incidents involved her children playing Pokemon Go and walking in their neighborhood. Each time, the police found no signs of neglect or abuse, and the cases were closed without further action. The mother, identified as Ms. Gordon, expressed frustration over the repeated interventions and the societal expectations of constant supervision for children.
