Dry day in Pittsburgh before rain returns tomorrow
The Pittsburgh area is experiencing another dry day with plenty of sunshine, following a similar pattern to yesterday. High temperatures are expected to reach around 80°F (27°C), which is about 10°F warmer than yesterday's high of 71°F (22°C). Morning lows were in the low 50s°F (10-12°C), with some areas dipping into the 40s°F (4-9°C). A wind shift is expected, with morning winds from the east transitioning to 5-10 mph from the south in the afternoon. Pockets of fog may linger in valley areas until 9 or 10 a.m. Rain chances will return late Wednesday, with a cool front bringing showers and storms into Thursday morning.
