Severe Flooding in Indiana Prompts Relief Efforts and Donations
Indiana is experiencing some of its worst flooding in decades, with heavy rainfall causing widespread damage and displacement. At least seven fatalities have been reported, and many residents have been forced to leave their homes. In response, the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers have each donated $125,000 to flood relief efforts, with funds directed to the American Red Cross. Additional support has come from the Indiana Fever and Noblesville Boom. President Donald Trump has issued an emergency declaration covering more than half of Indiana's 92 counties. While rain returned briefly on Sunday morning, conditions turned sunny and hot later in the day. Relief efforts are ongoing, with thousands of meals and snacks provided to affected residents.
