Woman Sentenced to One Year in Jail for Role in Condor Club Manager's Killing
Asia Lozano Morton, a 25-year-old Dublin woman, has been sentenced to one year in Sonoma County jail for her involvement as an accessory after the fact in the killing of Mark Calcagni, her former boss at San Francisco’s historic Condor Club. Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Lynnette Brown imposed a two-year split term, comprising one year in jail followed by one year of mandatory supervision. The judge denied Morton's request for probation, citing concerns about her actions following Calcagni's death and an inadequate expression of remorse. Calcagni, 60, was found shot multiple times near his Santa Rosa home on October 3, 2025. Morton's boyfriend at the time, Richard Lund, 43, faces murder and firearm-related charges in connection with Calcagni's death, with his jury trial scheduled to begin on August 28.
