Louisville Woman Arrested on OWI Charges With Two Children in Vehicle in Southern Indiana
Jennifer Elmore, a 39-year-old woman from Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested in southern Indiana over the weekend on charges of allegedly driving under the influence with two children in her vehicle. Indiana State Police reported that a state trooper observed Elmore's vehicle around 9 p.m. on Saturday on Interstate 64 in Floyd County. The trooper witnessed her driving onto the emergency shoulder to pass another vehicle and then forcing her way between two cars in the right lane, actions described as creating a hazardous situation for other motorists.
