Governor Katie Hobbs is currently leading in the polls against Representative Andy Biggs in the Arizona gubernatorial race. Biggs, who recently secured the Republican nomination, is set to challenge Hobbs in the upcoming November election. Despite Arizona's historical lean towards Republican candidates, Hobbs has maintained a lead in several polls. A Noble Predictive Insights poll shows Hobbs leading Biggs 41% to 37%, with a net favorability of +9 points compared to Biggs' +5 points. Another poll by TIPP Insights indicates Hobbs has a double-digit lead, with 48% support compared to Biggs' 38%. The race is considered one of the most competitive in the 2026 midterm elections, with both parties vying for control in this key swing state.
